New Year’s resolution? Bah!
My bday is in mid-January, so I always allow myself an extra 2 weeks before I kick off, otherwise it’s just a thing to break and it comes with all the guilty feelings

Although I’m still not officially back on track, I’ve started to watch what I eat. No counting, no carbs but the quality of food

I finished a year with 12kg extra 🤭
Does it really matter though?

I heard someone say before that #weightloss is a journey, it doesn’t just happen overnight and I couldn’t agree more

I’ve come a long way last year 💥 finally put a real effort in fixing what’s inside 💆‍♀️ although I’m still far from nirvana, yet I took control over my mental well-being

I also managed to understand what’s important for me and what’s some kind of expectation from the outside world and set the priorities

This picture was taken in the last few hours of 2018 and couldn’t show my happiness and calmness more

There may be worse days but those are not the end of the world like I thought before. It’s not black and white, yes or no. There’s is more to it!
